A judgment is a court’s confirmation that you owe a debt, and it can sit on your profile for up to five years. The good news is that judgments are among the most actionable listings — if you know the right route.
A paid judgment can be removed by the bureaus on proof of payment, often within about seven days. An unpaid judgment, or one that should not have been granted, usually needs to be rescinded through the court — which we handle with qualified attorneys.
For anyone with a judgment on their credit record — whether it is already paid and simply needs removing, or unpaid and needs to be set aside through the correct legal process.
